We insure our people receive adequate medical attention and in addition to provisions made at a station for medical treatment, a Clinic with a well-stocked pharmaceutical department and one Resident Doctors is maintained at MAREB base camp.
RTCS each contract location is referred to as a station headed by a Manager and an Executive Chef, while smaller stations have Camp Bosses.
The Executive Chef is usually with considerable experience in Catering services with an in depth knowledge in the preparation of various dishes.
The Executive Chef is in charge of all technical operations, including menu planning, kitchen tools as well as planning for on and off station catering services.
The manager is in charge of day to day administration of the station and also ensures that health safety, environmental policy, and health & hygiene standards are maintained.
To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director & Chief operating officer retains responsibility for the Quality system with routine operation controlled by the Project Manager.
RTCS is involved in various catering operations, operations for which the collective objective is to operate in the most safe, economic and hygienic manner.
As a contractor to oil prospecting companies, we are aware of the nature of work involved in the petroleum industry and the necessary safety effort required in minimizing injury to staff and damage to equipment and the environment.

Waste constitute environmental nuisance if not property collected, handled and disposed. Waste shall therefore be collected, handled and dispose of in an environmentally safe manner so as not to cause injury or damage to plants, animals and the environment (the soil, water and air).
Industrial and kitchen wastes shall be collected in bins marked accordingly. In remote locations, biodegradable wastes shall be disposed of in pits and pits.
