Drug, Alcohol and Search Policy

It is an offence for any employee of RTCS to be under the influence of alcohol of in possession of or under the influence of any non-prescription drugs such as cocaine, in its office or residing on any job site, including water born operation or property amphetamine, marijuana, hashish or other illegal or controlled substance while working under the control of RTCS.

To this effect through its security personnel reserves the right to make occasional search on its employees and contractors working in base, site or in any of its facilities to ensure compliance.

Furthermore, staffs are obliged not to resist any of such searches for non-prescription drugs/alcohol by our client or government agencies such as the YEMENI Drug Law and all locations on a 24-hours basis.

Waste constitute environmental nuisance if not property collected, handled and disposed. Waste shall therefore be collected, handled and dispose of in an environmentally safe manner so as not to cause injury or damage to plants, animals and the environment (the soil, water and air).

Industrial and kitchen wastes shall be collected in bins marked accordingly. In remote locations, biodegradable wastes shall be disposed of in pits and pits.
