Raydan Trust Catering & Services Co. is based in Yemen, Mareb, is one of the leading experienced Yemeni content providers in Catering and Hospitality support services with emphasis on strict Quality Assurance, Health safety and environment (HSE). Over the years we have undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills and is familiar with international catering and camp management standard and the Health & Hygiene Guidelines for Catering and Hospitality services.

We insure our people receive adequate medical attention and in addition to provisions made at a station for medical treatment, a clinic with a well-stocked pharmaceutical department and one Resident Doctors is maintained at MAREB base camp.

Quality Objective

To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director & Chief operating officer retains responsibility for the Quality system with routine operation controlled by the Project Manager.

The objective of the Quality Assurance System are:

  1. To maintain an effective Quality Assurance System compactable with International Standard ISO 9001 (Quality Systems).
  2. To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the company’s reputation with customers.
  3. To ensure compliances with relevant statutory and safety requirements.

Management Structure

RTCS each contract location is referred to as a station headed by a Manager and an Executive Chef, while smaller stations have Camp Bosses. The Executive Chef is usually with considerable experience in Catering services with an in depth knowledge in the preparation of various dishes. The Executive Chef is in charge of all technical operations, including menu planning, kitchen tools as well as planning for on and off station catering services.

The manager is in charge of day to day administration of the station and also ensures that health safety, environmental policy, and health & hygiene standards are maintained.

Each Station is supported administratively and technically from the Headquarters. To enhance and facilitate this support, our base kitchen and store provides the advantage of bulk supply . This modern Base kitchen and store has more and better storage facilities that ensure enough stock.

RTCS is involved in various catering operations and our collective objective is to operate in the most safe, economic and hygienic manner. As a contractor to oil prospecting companies, we are aware of the nature of work involved in the petroleum industry and the necessary safety effort required in minimizing injury to staff and damage to equipment.

RTCS has a systematic approach to HSE management designed to ensure compliance with the law and to achieve continuous improvement, we include HSE performance if the appraisal of all staff which comes with reward upon satisfaction by management. Our subcontractors also adhere to HSE in line with company’s policies and plans.
